Dr. Ivanka Visjnic is an Associate Professor of Innovation at ESADE Business School and a Research Sponsor at Cambridge Service Alliance, University of Cambridge. Before joining ESADE, Ivanka worked at the consulting firm McKinsey & Co and completed a Ph.D. at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
Pau Virgili, professor of Marketing at Esade, is an expert in new technologies, management, and marketing. Previously, he was the General Manager of Marketing Europe at HP FMCG and Marketing Manager Europe at Plantronics. Pau Virgili has an MBA (University of Chicago). Pau has created technology companies in the areas of mobile-business and online marketing and has carried out consultancy projects for HP, Nike, Coca Cola, and others.
Peter Boumgarden researches, consults and facilitates executive education in the private and non-profit sectors on topics of innovation, strategy, marketing, and leadership development. Peter completed his Ph.D. in Strategy and Organizations at Washington University in St. Louis, where he won the Hubert C. Moog Scholarship for excellence in doctoral research.
Dr. Dennis J. Ceru, Ph.D., is a Professor at Babson College, where he teaches MBA courses in entrepreneurship and business strategy. Dennis has extensive experience as an Entrepreneur in the high-tech, financial services, and healthcare fields. Dennis was a core contributor for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Initiative curriculum, working in partnership with Community Colleges to help business owners grow their revenues and create jobs.
Dr. Juan-Carlos Pastor is a professor of organizational behavior and the academic director of the Center for Global Leadership at IE. He teaches courses on Organizational Behavior, Leadership, coaching, and Managing People Skills. Juan-Carlos Pastor is an active researcher and consultant in the area of leadership development, team dynamics and diversity management. With experience gained through many consultancy and training projects, Prof Pastor’s teaching techniques include action learning workshops.
Mercedes Segura (MBA from ESADE, CEMS Master from HEC, Paris) has been a manager during the day and an actress at night. Former marketing manager for Procter & Gamble, Coty Lancaster in Paris and Marketing director of PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Luxembourg, she also studied acting at Nancy Tuñón, and performed in amateur theatre groups. Mercedes Segura teaches Oral Communication at ESADE and is a public speaking coach for managers.
