Third Grade Visits the Museum of Science On Thursday, January 19 the 3rd grade went to the Museum of Science and explored various exhibits. Students enjoyed interacting with the simulations in front of the Particle Mirror, a motion sensitive camera used for special effects. Building, testing and redesigning took place at the trampoline station. Student scientists were motivated by their results and wanted to improve their designs. Thank you to all of our caregiver chaperones. The trip was a big hit with everyone!

Recently, the 4th grade got to visit the Peabody Museum at Harvard. The students participated in the Igloos to Adobe program where they got to explore cultural diversity and history among Native peoples in the Northeast, Southwest, and Arctic regions as they explored the museum. Through guided discovery of various artifacts, the 4th graders investigated food, clothing, and homes to understand how different environments influenced people and their culture. Thank you to all the chaperones for accompanying us on the trip. It was a fantastic and educational in-person experience.
