Please help us be good neighbors and make sure you are not blocking any driveways or making it difficult for those who live close to us to get in and out of their drives. We know and understand that our parking lot can be a pain. However, we can not have parents parking in our back lot. Most importantly it is causing a safety concern for our children, and alsodamage to our property. Please use the front (south) parking lot, OR park northeast of the school along Northwest Blvd.
Want to be a Zookeeper?
Recently, we had students attend the Trades Expo at the Iowa National Guard. This hands-on event gave students the chance to experience masonry, HVAC, heavy equipment, roofing, power tools and electrical projects! We also had students attend the QC Auto Show where they got to change tiers, use virtual welders, work on brakes and suspension and do body work. Lastly, Wood had a student recognized at City Hall for her artwork! The piece chosen, which represents the City of Davenport, will remain on display for the next year!
Exciting things have been happening!

The Medicaid program is undergoing some changes. I just want to make sure you are aware of what is going on. Please check out the information on the enclosed link. healthinsurance.org/medicaid/iowa/ The takeaway is make sure your contact information is up to date. Watch for an enrollment packet in the mail. Fill it out and send it back so there is no disruption in your coverage. From the website: "For people who have an April renewal date, Iowa will be processing renewals in February 2023. But again, this will start with automatic/passive renewals, and members who are renewed this way (based on data the state already has in its system) will just receive a notification that their coverage has been renewed. But people who can’t be automatically renewed will receive a renewal packet in the mail in late February or early March, with a due date of April 5. If people don’t respond to these packets, or if they do respond and it’s confirmed that they’re no longer eligible, their disenrollments will come at the end of April, meaning that their Medicaid will no longer be in effect starting in May."
