Hard to believe the 1st quarter is coming to a close already. The year is off to a great start, and all of you are playing a role in that. Our theme of Customer Focused, Technology Driven and Relentless Execution is really taking hold! Your ability to stay customer focused has meant higher quality calls, better relationships with agents, more new business referrals, new business opportunities, longer contract extensions and expansion into more states. As we continue to invest in technology and execute on a day in and day out basis we are establishing our foundation for future growth. All of this works because every day YOU bring your passion for relentless execution to accomplish the many things that must be done. Your planning, your organizing, your leading and your plain hard work is the foundation of this organization. Execution is the measure of our success. I also see how you are making a difference in the community. As I reflect back on the 1st quarter, I am reminded of the sandwiches you made, the bake sale you ran and the homes you built for those less fortunate. I smile at the fun we had together along the way. The Team Focus story is a story of evolution. The survey results from the Town Halls showed you all enjoyed the pit stop videos and related to the evolution and execution it demonstrated. Continue to embrace change and let’s continue to build a great company and a great community together!

Team Focus currently enjoys the honor and prestige of operating the Chubb Customer Service Center (CCSC) which services Chubb’s Small Commercial Insurance business in 48 states. Chubb is the largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company in the world and we should all take great pride in the fact that Team Focus was selected to administer this critical element of their Small Commercial Insurance program. Our amazing team members recently worked with Chubb's Strategic Sales Solutions team to move the servicing of a large national client, 7-Eleven, portfolio to the CCSC. WOW, nice work team! Many of the top insurance brokers in the country, such as Aon, Marsh & McClennan and Brown & Brown entrust the Team Focus staff in the CCSC to provide the professional level of service expected by Chubb policyholders. In addition to handling the Small Commercial Insurance program, the Team Focus/Chubb team also operates Focus Insurance Services (FIS), another entity in the Team Focus corporate structure. FIS functions as a full service Managing General Agency (MGA) for business written through Chubb’s Excess and Surplus lines affiliate, Westchester Insurance Company. Chubb’s industry leading product offerings and the Team Focus passion for exceptional service is a combination guaranteed to generate the delivery of quality insurance solutions to our mutual customers. Our partnership is off to a promising and enthusiastic start and we’re looking forward to many years of continued success!

Every year, Focus Foundation volunteers work with Habitat for Humanity, a global nonprofit organization that works in 1,400 communities across the United States and 70 other countries. They have helped more that 13 million people achieve strength, stability and independence through safe, decent and affordable shelter. Habitat also accepts financial donations, goods and materials and even cars! Thank you to all of the Team Focus volunteers and independent agent partners who are literally building a better community for us all to live and work!
Through Focus Foundation, Team Focus continues to have a meaningful impact on the lives of the people in the communities in which we live and work, and the insurance community from which we derive our livelihood. One of the greatest things that we can do for others is to give of ourselves. The benefits of volunteering include better health, happiness, connections, and positivity. Maybe that's why team members are so happy at Team Focus! Team members gave in many ways in February including a bake sale and a Valogram Sale in Sarasota. Every little thing makes a big difference. With help from Focus Foundation and other volunteers, the Broward Outreach in 2018: Provided 990,000 meals 375,000 nights of safe shelter Helped 800 women and men find jobs Provided 200 kids with special programs
