RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION COMING SOON!
We are happy to announce that Returning Student Registration emails will be coming out soon with a NEW process! Please keep an eye on your emails for this email which will include the new instructions.
High School Student Drivers Permit Requests
Drivers under the age of 18 are required to show proof of school attendance per NRS.483.2521. All Nevada students will be required to submit a DMV-301, the Department of Motor Vehicles Certificate of Attendance form, to the local DMV office when applying for either an instructional permit or a driver's license. Students who fail to meet the attendance standards outlined above will be unable to secure the school official's signature required on the DMV-301 to apply for an instruction permit or driver’s license. The Registration office will be the one to verify this information.
Please send an email request to our Registrar by emailing SloanInfo@pinecrestnv.org. Make sure to include your students first & last name, date of birth, and parent first & last name requesting the DMV-301 form – we will complete the form in full. Please allow 2-3 full school days for this request to be processed – requests for same day or next day are not guaranteed. You will be contacted by email when the DMV-301 document is ready for pick up at our front office.
Thank you for your understanding.

Middle school athletes must have a valid National Sports ID, completed for the 2020-21 year, in order to participate in a school sanctioned sport. NCSAA has waived the new physical requirement for this season due to restrictions.
For most (returning athletes), this will just require paying the $10.99 fee (if they haven’t done so already) and re-signing the required waivers.
For new players, they will need to add all of the information needed which includes paying the fee and the following:
1. Headshot Photo
2. Proof of Grade
3. Birth Certificate
4. Signing Required Waivers
Please visit the link below to begin the process of registering your athlete on National Sports ID for this season.
NCSAA will have the following sports:
Cross Country (boys/girls)

Pinecrest Sloan Canyon is implementing a new absence reporting system. The system follows new health and safety guidelines advised by the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) and the State Public Charter School Authority (SPCSA). If your child was absent from school, either physically or virtually, you must now report the circumstances of the absence to the school. To report the absence, you will need to go to the Pinecrest Sloan Canyon website,https://www.pinecrestsloancanyon.org/. On the home page of the website, under the Attendance tab you will click on the Student Absence Google Form. Please answer each of the sections completely. Make sure to submit when you are finished.
Thank you for your cooperation. We are committed to keeping the health of our students and staff members our number ONE priority!
If you need a pre-arranged absence please fill out the pre-arranged absence form (on our website under the attendance tab), not the Google Student Absence form. Thank you!
