LGMS LAKE GENEVA, WI- What are people thinking? Who would wear shorts IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER? Some people are crazy, but we can't help them at this point. I wonder if they have a 'hypothermia' wish....If teachers are telling us to wear warm clothing, then why are people still dressing to the bare minimum? Some LGMS students think that these 'special' students are quite interesting, while others believe some students need to put a hat on it! What do you think of these crazy kids? Should we enforce winter clothes, or summer outfits?

Starts With You"

LGMS, LAKE GENEVA WI- Keeping a firm character is a huge part of who you are as a student, peer, and a person. It's not worth it to beat others down. It's not. Here at LGMS, we are a safe community of students, and we need to keep it that way. Look up to some people who have really changed our world. They had positive character. You could not change the world without the courage of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. You can't change the world without the empathy of Abraham Lincoln. Geoge Washington was compassionate, Einstein had endurance. Your character starts with you. How are you going to change your character? You are important. Others are important. We are all equal, and no others are any more important than another! Your character starts with who you are!
Because of a no school day on Monday, January 18th is the final day first semester. New classes start tomorrow!

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- Everyone all over the nation celebrates the incredible 'Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.' On Monday, January 16. Many students and kids don;t understand the Kings' impact on the world. We can't even comprehend what life would be like in the time of segregation. Thank Martin Luther King! He has given us the freedom of public peace, and everyone is equal. No one is more important that another! One of the best quotes the King gave us is "I want to live in a world where my children won't be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." Realize, you are not better than another, How you treat others reveals your character towards students, peers, and adults. Martin Luther changed the world through hos actions. It shows how you can do anything with confidence, faith, and endurance. Remember Martin Luther King, and how he sacrificed his life for our freedom.
