Month over Month median listed price 750 Year over year and month over month marketwide increases in average sales price, median sales price, and total number of sales show ongoing strength in the Hudson County market. Total monthly sales numbers continue inching closer to 2019 figures, and there is now only a 10% difference in year over year sales, compared with a 38% year over year difference in July, 19% difference in August, and a 17% difference between Q3 2020 and Q3 2019.
