Did you know you can turn your CRM views into spread sheets? Why would you do this? There are many advantages to spread sheets e.g., you can input or update data in more than one field, much more efficiently than having to open and close files. Just go to the view and look for the three dots top right. Then select ZOHO Sheet. When you save the sheet and close it, the data is updated
When you are creating posts it is helpful to look back at which got the best Brand reaction in the past. You might want to also collaborate with your team if you have one, or as an agency with your client. All this is possible with ZOHO. And when you are ready, you can post your content to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and even Google Plus. If you need to post to personal profiles as well, these can now added to the platform.
