The purpose of the packet is to inform schools and districts about student outcomes which lead us to examine adult practices. For guidance in making sense of your 2019-20 IDEA Determination Report and ESSA Informational Reports, we strongly encourage bringing a leadership team to engage in the following: Understand how IDEA and ESSA reports have changed during COVID Learn processes and tools to analyze student outcomes in IDEA and ESSA reports through an equity lens Review specific resources such as the Key Features of eMLSS Framework, WISExplore Data Inquiry, the Resource Inequity Data Tool, and RtI Center systems assessments to address continuous improvement for all students Discuss CESA and state supports that will allow your district to choose tools to inform your continuous improvement efforts and action planning
