NEW PRESCHOOL TEACHER: MACKENZIE In November, we welcomed Mackenzie Young to our Early Childhood Center team. Mackenzie joins us as our new full-time preschool teacher and has been busy establishing routines and relationships with the preschoolers and their families. She comes to us with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and several years of experience working in child care centers as a lead teacher. Welcome, Mackenzie!
INSURANCE CHANGES: UPDATE YOUR YMCA MEMBERSHIP At the beginning of the year, many Medicare part B insurance plans change the fitness benefits from one program to another. Here are several common benefit programs that the YMCA accepts: One Pass and Renew Active by Healthy Contributions Silver Sneakers by Tivity Health Silver and Fit by Ashlink If you've gotten notice of a benefit program change, stop by or call the YMCA to update your account in January. Bring your fitness code or your insurance card to make the change. You won't see any disruption in your YMCA Membership, but timely notice helps the YMCA to continue receiving the reimbursement from the insurance agencies. Contact the Membership Desk with any questions or for more information.
