The Duluth Area Family YMCA is committed to the health and safety of our community. As the top CPR and First Aid trainer in the Northland, we issued over 609 certifications and conducted 67 NARCAN trainings across 11 Northland sites. 293 of our Y staff are certified in CPR, First Aid, and are NARCAN trained.

experiencing homelessness found a welcoming community in which they could connect, recreate, and find hope through the Y Open Doors program. These free, three-month family memberships allow for a sense of normalcy in the most challenging of times. Of those served, 87% were women and children.
