Instructional Services Strategies
By the beginning of the 2019 school year, the Instructional Department will have developed both internal and external communication protocols that are in alignment with the SISD protocol and encompasses multimedia outlets.
By the end of the 2018 school year, the Instructional Department will create a process involving an instructional rounds protocol that encompasses the various departments and programs across the SISD to increase both communications and to inform the needs assessment of each.
By the end of the 2019 school year, the Instructional Department will have created and completed a needs assessment for the instructional consultants to define services and all programs will have completed either the necessary state comprehensive assessment or have completed a needs assessment to define improvements.
