tips to loving yourself and building confidence
Traveling can help you develop a self love experience. It gives you a great self love for yourself and teaches you about a different culture.
Love Your Self
Go to the movies, restaurant, spa or take a walk by yourself. Doing this teaches you how to enjoy your own company and also gives you the confidence on doing things alone.
2. Travel
1. Have fun by yourself
4. Surprise yourself
7. List your accomplishments
This last tip should be a no brainer but believe it or not this tip is the most neglected one of them all. When you are taking care of yourself you are becoming the best version of yourself.
8. Take care of yourself
5. Start a journal
Forgive yourself for your past mistakes and move on positively towards your future. Loving yourself despite your past adds value to your self worth.
Be spontaneous and try new and different things. With this, you will find out your likes and dislikes for things.
Writing down your thoughts and feelings to reflect on them at a later time will help with noticing your progress through tough situations.
3. Forgive your mistakes
Make a list of the things you have achieved so far. Doing this will make you feel good about yourself. It also confirms how great you can be.
Hair
Healthy
Having beautiful and shiny hair makes a bold statement. Proper hair care is important in order to achieve healthy hair results. Using shampoo's and conditioners recommended by T.V. commercials will not be enough. You have to properly research and apply all knowledge. I am not an expert but I have been on a natural and healthy hair journey. One tip that I have used and find that works is
-Deone Mitchell
using apple cider vinegar as a pre-shampoo treatment. It helps break up product residue and also add shine to your hair. This tip is just one of many that can be use. Do not give up. This journey is not easy but it is worth it.
When asked how do I write and publish my novels as frequently as I do, I say,
I just do it. Procrastination will be your worst enemy. After I give some points on how I get it done you will have no excuses.
If you do not already have one you must form an idea of what type of book you want to write. It can range from educational to an autobiography; fiction or nonfiction. What ever your interest are then that should be the area in which you write in. Make sure that you research as much as possible about your genre before you start your writing process.
Writing The Book
Because of that, I set daily writing goals. This helps me stay on task. I suggest when setting goals, set realistic goals based on your experience. If you are busy or a new writer set small obtainable goals. Setting large goals for beginners or very busy people will cause them to become overwhelming and eventually quiting. 300 words or a minimum of one hour will be great. As you progress and get more comfortable you can increase your daily goals.
Start writing your story. Let the words flow. There is no need to worry about correcting any grammatical era's. This can wait until you finished the first draft. Build your characters and develop your plot. The plot moves the story along and your characters sell the story. You may remember this rule in high school English class; who, what, when, what and how. Remembering this will help your story come together naturally. I don't know about you guys but some times life takes over and causes me to lose focus.
with asking your friends or family find a local writer's group, workshop or Internet forum to get ideas, feedback and accountability. The most important thing at this point is to write, write, write, write and write. If you do that you will be a published author in no time. So good luck and happy writings.
Most people start strong and get distracted, fustrated or bored. If this happens go sit in a chisel chair, think and start writing again. If you get stuck, press on. Going into a quiet place can help with writer's block. I must admit I was one who opted out of getting feedback from others during my writing process. People tend to give you their suggestions based on their vision and I didn't want anything to clout my thoughts. Now that I am a more experienced I know that getting feedback is essential during this process. Find some one that you trust to be honest with you. If you are not comfortable
