HILLSIDE VILLA MINUTES FROM SIENA
Now meticulously restored, this classic 16th century Tuscan farmstead features original lofty beamed ceilings, gleaming terra cotta floors and color-washed walls. Within its spacious rooms, you can relax amid its multitude of sofas and armchairs and enjoy the traditional décor of its fine country antiques.
The large living room upstairs features an original fireplace, an entertainment center and leads out to the upper loggia, which boasts stunning views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The large kitchen accommodates several cooks and features modern amenities — perfect for a cooking lesson or home-cooked meal. Upstairs, the beautifully appointed bedrooms — with their antique furniture and marble-paneled bathrooms — add a sense of luxury to the charm of this traditional Tuscan farmhouse. Outdoors you have the options of a lounging on the sun-baked terrace or seeking shade beneath the trees. The pool is set away from the house in a sheltered spot, offering more wonderful views of classic Tuscan landscapes in all directions.

Villa Vico welcomes guests into the entrance hall and sitting room with doors to the garden. On the second floor, there's a very spacious two-level living room that leads to the open loggia sitting area, with stunning views and steps that lead down to the garden.

Villa Vico sleeps up to ten people in five bedrooms. All twin beds can be made up into queen beds.

San Gimignano, Arezzo, Volterra and other historic hill towns are about 40 minutes to an hour. Florence is an hour from your villa while a trip to Rome will take just under three hours.
