Premier Plant Solutions is the culmination of the merging of Quality Plant Productions, Inc. and Willoway Nurseries Wholesale Distribution Centers. Our Avon, Broadview Heights, and Hilliard locations are now one entity to better serve the landscape community. The hard working staff of Premier Plant Solutions has been busy developing and implementing Best Management Practices to better serve you, our customer. Our goal is to work together with you to enhance our partnership and build trust so we earn the right to be your number one plant supplier. Premier Plant Solutions focuses on exploring ways to reduce the time and money you spend sourcing quality plant material. This will allow you to devote more time to do what you do best: install great landscapes! Some of the services we have improved include quicker loading times for pickups, expanding pre-pulled orders, increased delivery capacity, and the ability to source all of your plant needs with our new "Plant Locator" service. The same knowledgeable staff you have known over the years is excited about the upcoming season.

Old Bag of Nails - Hilliard Review of minutes from the November member meeting at the Propel Solutions office. M/S/C: Motion to accept minutes. Motion was seconded. Motion carried unopposed. Treasurer's Report: Ellen reported that dues invoices have been sent and continue to be returned. Renewals are also available online. Home & Garden Show: Discount tickets are being made available for members to give to their customers. Tickets will be made available online. Check your email for more information. Outdoor Living & Landscaping Tour: Commitment forms were included in the last NewScapes Express. We are looking for these to be completed and returned by event participants. Board Nominations: Andrew Muntz of Green Velvet Sod Farms was confirmed for a 3-year term. Jacob Basnett of Landscape Design Solutions was confirmed for a 3-year term. Fred Blyth was confirmed as Secretary. Ellen Gallucci Purcell was confirmed as Treasurer. Still seeking two more board members. Dues Proposal: Fred motioned to approve the new dues structure as proposed by the board. 2nd by Mike. Motion carried unopposed. Changes to dues include: Additional member from the same company is now $25 Student members are now free No old business No new business Meeting adjourned
