'HOW TO' GUIDE A step-by-step guide to booking your session using our new booking system
Step 1 Access your desired location (Starfish Hydrotherapy Pool or Wyvern Hydrotherapy Pool) via our website www.temneptune4you.co.uk You will then be directed to the correct location. The home screen will appear which gives the date and time of all upcoming sessions which are available for booking. (See example below) If you click on a session to select it will be highlighted in yellow and full details of the session will appear (this may be below or to the right hand side dependent on the device you are using - PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.)
Step 2 Select the session you would like to attend by clicking it in the list. If you cannot see the session you would like, click on 'show more' at the bottom of the list to show more sessions. The session you have selected will be highlighted yellow and full details of the session will appear. (either below or to the left depending on the device you are using.) Click on the blue ‘select’ button to add your session to your booking. Use the + and - buttons to add individuals to your booking. In this example we have one adult, two under 8’s and one over 8 When you are happy with your booking click on the blue 'View selections' button below you selected tickets.
Step 3 You will now see an overview of the sessions you have booked. If you would like to add more sessions to your booking click on 'SCHEDULE' circled here in red Please check to ensure you are happy with the sessions you have booked and then click on the green 'Book now' button. You can also access your booking in the top tool-bar by clicking on the basket (also circled here in red). You can delete tickets from the booking by clicking on the 'cross' (circled here in red.) If you have a discount code for your session you can add this here too by clicking on 'Add a discount code' below your total booking fee. This will bring up a field for you to enter the code. Once you have entered the code click on the green 'Submit code' button. When you are happy with your booking click on the green 'Book now' button
Step 5 You will then be asked to enter the full details of each person attending the session. These questions may vary depending on the session you are attending. Once you have entered the details of the first person attending, click on the blue 'Add another attendee' button to add further people to your booking. Continue until all attendees have been added (see example on following page). *Note - please ensure that you add details for EVERY person attending the session with you.
Step 4 The first time you make a booking you will be prompted to enter an email address to secure the booking. This email address is the email address of the person making the booking. That person does not necessarily need to attend the session. Enter your email address in the box and click the green 'Continue' button
Step 6 Scroll down the page and complete the booking details. These should be the contact details of the person making the booking. Once you are happy that these details are correct click on the green 'Continue' button Note: Please check that these details are correct should we need to contact you regarding the booking.
Step 7 You will then see an overview of the people attending the session. If you are happy this is correct then click on the green continue button.

Step 8a - for sessions requiring pre-payment You will now be directed to the the payment screen. Please check your booking is correct and complete your online payment Note: We are now requesting full payment in advance for the following sessions. For more details see our blog post. Step 8b - for sessions NOT requiring pre-payment You will now be directed to the the payment screen. At this point you have two options. 1. Complete your online payment or 2. Select 'I agree to pay £X (circled here in red) and then click on the green 'Pay later' button. You can then make your payment in cash when you arrive at the pool.

Step 9 Your booking is now complete! You will see a booking confirmation page complete with booking code (circled in red). Please keep this booking code safe. If there is any additional information regarding the session this will appear on this booking confirmation, so please take a moment to read this. A copy of your booking will also be sent to the booking email address supplied.
Step 10 (optional) At this point you also have the chance to set a password, we recommend you do this as it you will make future bookings more simple and also allow you to access your existing bookings and make changes online (for example transferring bookings to an alternative date) To do this please click on the 'Set a password' link (circled here in red). This will then send an email to the email address provided.
Step 11 (optional) Open your email browser (hotmail, gmail etc...) You should have an email from Bookwhen (account@bookwhen.com) Please check you 'junk' email folder if this does not appear in your inbox Click on the green 'Set a new password' button
Step 12 (optional) You will then be directed to the booking system where you will need to complete the 'set a new password' screen. Once you have selected a password - and re-typed it for security - click on the blue 'Save password & Login' button the create your account.
Step 13 (optional) You will then be redirected to your account screen. This will show all of your bookings. You can review and check your bookings and make changes on this page.
Step 14 (optional) In this screen you can cancel or transfer bookings. Click on the grey 'ticket options button which will then display the following. Select the blue button to transfer or the red button to cancel your ticket.
Step 15a (optional) If you select to transfer the ticket you will see a drop down of all available dates for the session you have booked. Select the alternative date you require from the drop down menu and click on the blue 'Save' button. Your booking will then be transferred.
Step 15a (optional) If you select to cancel your booking you will be taken to the cancellation screen (you will also receive an email with these details.)
