EDITION 4 PUBLISHED EVERY MONDAY
After a nice relaxing break, it's hard to jump back into routine. Is winter break too short to enjoy the holidays, or is it so long that you forget what happened before break? After break, many students are sleppy, lazy, and unmotivated to do any work. Here are a couple tips to jump back in to Quarter 3:
-Get lots of sleep
-Eat a great breakfast
-Catch up on any homework
-Pay attention in class
-Have a great attitude
We hope you had a great break, and a positive rest of the school year!

Madame Craine attempting "the floss"
The LGMS Weekly
GYMNASIUM, LGMS- It's the last day of break, and you're in a gym full of incredible volleyball players, competitive staff, and a crowd of eager students rooting for their "homies!" (By the way, what are homies?)
The student-staff volleyball game was an incredible hit! The entertaining match featured the 8th grade girls Volleyball team as well as select teachers and staff.
In spite of the last day of school, the student-staff Volleyball game is a fun, and entertaining way to root for LGMS! Thank-you 8th grade girls' Volleyball team, and teachers and staff for participating in the nail-biting game!
JAN. 16- END OF SEMESTER 1
What is the "Dental Floss"?
"DO DENTIST'S SUPPORT THE
'DENTAL FLOSS' DANCE?"
LGMS, LAKE GENEVA- The "floss" is the twin sibling to the 'dab'! What family do they inhabit? The house of "obnoxious!' We're just kidding around, but seriously! What is even cool about "The floss"? I've never seen anyone walk onto a dance floor and "floss!" What do teachers think of the floss? Most teachers don't even know what it is! We asked some LGMS students what they thought of the "floss". Nolan Cassidy, a "flossing expertise" shares "It's awesome! It's like you're flossing you're legs!" As strange as the floss is, other students will disagree with the idea of "flossing". Another student, Dominick Rizzo says "The floss is dumb, I'm not a big fan of the dab either, but if I had to pick lesser of the two, I'd pick the floss!" Another seventh grader Nathaniel Rafe shares a pun with the Wolf Gazette "The flossing dance is getting old, it's barely hanging on by a 'thread'." The floss is getting old at LGMS, but some students enjoy it. Demetrius Farmakis, another student shares "The floss is a fun cardio workout!" So what do you think? Is the floss really become a new dance move? Or are people wasting their time?
