What I did This summer...
Meet Our New Principal
During the summer, our maintenance staff is busy, busy, busy! From deep cleaning the classrooms to painting and waxing, Mr. Wivell and his crew work hard to make sure the building is fresh, clean, and ready for the new school year. In addition, we made a $450K investment in our future by replacing the roof. So next time you see him or Mr. Willie or any of the other crew, be sure to give them a huge thanks!
IMPORTANT: NEW BELL SCHEDULE

Mrs. Myers was accompanied by several students, alumni, and MSS families on a 2-week tour of Greece, Italy, and Spain. They visited historic sites, walked through ruins, viewed famous works of art, and had the opportunity to experience the European culture. The trip was conducted through Education First Tours. Keep an eye out for information on next year's EF Tour!

Some tips to help your children meet their goals:
Use your local library to try out different books to find those that will hold your child's interest
Read the books with your children
Try audiobooks, especially on those long road trips!
Make it a family affair and hold your own book club
Don't wait until the last week of vacation. It will only stress you and your student!
