Built into the side of a hill behind Assisi - Villa Vita looks upon a quiet and peaceful countryside with the majestic structure of the Basilica di San Francesco in the distance. Designed to the highest of standards, all on one level, it flows from open kitchen, dining area into a spacious and relaxing living room with floor to ceiling glass doors that open out to the front of the house. Entering the house you immediately face a glassed in atrium with stairs that lead from the living quarters up and out to the pool and grass-covered dining/lounging area outside. The sleeping zone is all on the right off the entrance with three full bedrooms with en suite bathrooms of which one is equipped for wheelchair access. The fourth bedroom can be a private living area as the couch pulls out to a full bed with real bed mattress.

Outdoor stairwell from the internal courtyard leads to the upper level outdoor area with vine-covered outdoor seating area and table for outdoor dining, self-standing BBQ for grilling, large pool with corner area Jacuzzi and herb garden. 10-minute walk downhill to the entrance of the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) into the Boscetto di San Francesco – a quiet and serene path through the forest to the Basilica di San Francesco. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes uphill.
